Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities (GCDD) held a press conference at the State Capital. GCDD submitted a bill to fully end 14c Certificates ensures Georgians with disabilities are being paid a fair and livable wage. THE ASK: Talk to legislators and get this bill passed after it is introduced.
